Global Firepower has Pakistan with the 17th strongest military in the world, not taking into account their nuclear arsenal (which is not insignificant). Pakistan is not a signatory to either the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) or the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT).
